Our MMA division is equipped with a brand new MMA fighting cage, punching bags, kettle bells, speed balls, skipping rope, medicine balls, floor to ceiling balls, TRX and much more as well as available MMA accessories for purchasing including MMA boxing gloves and straps, boxing shorts, t-shirts, hats, bags and training equipment as well as protein goods such as HydroxyBurn protein shakes, bars, protein powder, supplements and goodies all the better to get the most out of your work out!
MMA also provides classes for both members and non-members on a monday to friday night basis with our specialised MMA Fighting trainer including Boxing, Kick Boxing and MMA/BJJ.
